Liepajā sports club “Ezerkrasts” for the blind, has been operating since 25th January 1994. Every year the sports club hosts various sporting events and tournaments.

Throughout these 21 years of our activities, we have realised that we are able to achieve even more together. You are also invited to the pool of the sports club members!

Our goal:
Join forces to help people with disabilities integrate into society, feel free and independent.

What happens at a sports club?

Sporting activities:
• Board games (chess, checkers, dominoes, novus, etc.);
• Darts, athletics, table tennis, tandem cycling;
• Various tournaments opened by LNSK “Ezerkrasts” for people with disabilities;
• LNSS Open Championship at 100-field checkers, Chess and showdown.

Physical health, improvement and strengthening, classes
Physical exercise is required for every person, especially people with disabilities. Regular exercise improves your physical shape, strengthens your muscles, helps you to overcome of being overweight, trains your endurance and provides a good mood and emotional well-being.

Physical exercise shall take place:
• Every working day from noon 09:00 – 17:00

All disabled people are welcome!
