on August 11th, the “Draugs nāc draudzēsimies” event “Labrīt Jūrmala!” was held, where it was possible not only to gain new knowledge, but also to make friends and enjoy the beauty of Liepāja Park and the white sand of the beach park.
Our roads led to the Beach Accessibility complex, where we could learn about various aids and how the Beach Accessibility complex works for people with disabilities.
Our knowledge was enriched by the walking-stick instructor Ilona Kila. We learned a variety of techniques in stick-walking, as well as being able to test our strength in discipline of health restoration and improvement.
We had the opportunity to join together, communicate and enjoy Liepāja's charm in the coffee shop “Papus”, where we were welcomed hospitally by Dina and Juris Rudzīši. Thank you very much for the opportunity to visit you and enjoy the delicious coffee and dessert- that was a real treat for the taste receptors.
