If someone needs support from the society or has a desire to learn about opportunities to become socially active, the head of the day centre, Inese Birzniece, is like the “Minister for the Interior” of the association, which will advise on various issues regarding the work and services provided by the association.

Inese is a mediator between the society, people with disabilities and seniors. During this project, she can:
• advise on matters related to the work of the society, lessons, provision of assistance, social rehabilitation services, social rehabilitation in the rural environment and transport services.
• identify low-active members and people with disabilities to motivate them to participate in different activities.
• lead events (until possible given the global impact of the pandemic) welcoming people with disabilities and seniors to participate.

Consultation requires you to apply in advance by calling the association's project department by phone +371 26056026. Issues will be dealt with jointly, both by telephone consultation and, where appropriate, by individual face-to-face consultation.

Once the pandemic is over, be sweetly invited to participate:
• regular trips for people with disabilities/seniors to the social rehabilitation and cognition centre in the rural environment “Dvēseles veldzes dārzs” so that everyone has the opportunity to participate in the social rehabilitation programme in the rural environment;
• in activities of different groups – tapping, felting, floristry, leather treatment, wicker braiding, ceramics;
• at matchmaking events for people with disabilities and seniors - “Draugs, nāc draudzēsimies!”, Easter, Christmas, poetry days, etc.
