From me... to us!
This year, August 30, underwent an event, within the framework of the programme “NVO Fonds” financed by the Latvian State budget and the project “Informēts un zinošs darbinieks – labs palīgs savam līdzcilvēkam” (Nr.2022.LV/NVOF/MAC/009/42). The cohesive gathering "From me... to us!" was organised for the Liepāja's society for the blind, members and volunteers. The gathering took place in the social rehabilitation and cognition centre in the rural environment “Dvēseles veldzes dārzs”, in Ziemupe.
28 employees of the Liepaja society for the blind and 13 volunteers were involved in the event.
We were helped by an ICTA-certified coach, mentor Edmunds Imbovics.
So interesting to learn about behavioral styles, personality types, and colleagues' values, and at the same time to get to know and understand colleagues from a different perspective. Because each of us is special with our character, temperament and capability.
As one, we can say that this knowledge-rich cohesive venture will help us look at colleagues, customers and collaborators from a different perspective
and will make it easier to work together and achieve much more. Because together we can!
