If someone needs advice or assistance in solving various social issues at this time, Zanda Krūmiņa, head of the Social inclusion course "Dzīves skola", can provide the necessary support to people with disabilities and seniors.

Zanda will mediate between the institution and people with disabilities and seniors. During this project, she can:
• Help you find the answers and solutions you need for important everyday questions, or direct them in the right direction to a national or local authority that will address the issue.
• Assist with the design and submission of applications and other documents
• Inform about the possibilities for receiving technical aids, the procedures for receiving assistant services, the possibilities for medical rehabilitation, employment issues, etc.
• The “Palīdzēsim cits citam” promotions will coordinate the attraction of donations to people who need support to meet basic needs

Consultation requires you to apply in advance by calling the association's project department by phone. +371 26056026. We will then address the issues together, both by telephone consultation and, where appropriate, by providing individual face-to-face consultations.

Once the pandemic is over, you can get involved:
• Hiking or outdoor walking in small groups to perform a variety of outdoor athletic activities to strengthen immunity and take care of mental health.
• In small contact and support groups twice a month to discuss various topics under the guidance of an invited guest.
• Excursions to various interesting places in Kurzeme municipality. In addition to excursions, visits to various institutions and organisations in Liepāja city providing services to people with disabilities.
